This product meets the demands and needs of those who wish to be indemnified to the extent of £10,000 against adverse legal costs, incurred in the pursuit of the recovery of damages arising out of a physical injury.

Significant benefits:
The policy is Free to residents of England & Wales who are aged 18+ who apply online.
Covers £10,000 of your legal costs.
Cover applies if you have a non fault: Road Traffic Accident as a driver, passenger, pedestrian or cyclist – Accident at Work or School or College or accident in a public place.

Significant exclusions:
You must instruct a solicitor recommended by the insurer.
You must agree to enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement with the solicitor.
You must be certain that you intend to pursue a claim to its conclusion before you commence a claim, as you may incur costs if you withdraw from a claim without the agreement of the insurer.
Only applies to injuries that occur during the period of cover, which were caused by a negligent third party.

Period of cover is from the date of inception until 31st March 2008. You may cancel the policy at any time and there is no charge for doing so.
